No professional guarantee of commercial results

Analytics and briefings support decision-making. They do not guarantee occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, or any financial outcome for your property.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Page Gardenhub or our licensors. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables created under an engagement are governed by that engagement letter, which typically grants you a licence to use the dashboard or briefing for your internal property operations.

Liability
