Analysts who have argued about ADR definitions in real hotel offices

Page Gardenhub started from a simple frustration: hospitality teams in Hong Kong were drowning in exports while still flying blind on booking patterns. We exist to make the weekly revenue conversation honest and shared.

Origin

Our founders spent years inside rooms divisions and revenue desks across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island — reconciling night audits, defending rate strategies to ownership, and watching good instincts lose to unclear charts. Page Gardenhub was formed to offer that same care as an independent engagement: hospitality revenue dashboards and booking pattern analysis without selling a locked software suite.

How we approach the work

We begin with the decisions your property already makes. A dashboard that nobody opens on Tuesday is a failure, regardless of how polished it looks. We prefer governed spreadsheets and lightweight BI files your staff can refresh, clear metric glossaries, and briefings written in the language of occupancy, channel mix, and length of stay.

Hong Kong context

Demand here moves with exhibitions, harbour events, typhoon signals, and cross-border travel shifts. Our booking pattern studies always sit those rhythms beside your numbers. We work from 462 Nathan Rd, Yau Ma Tei, and travel to properties across the territory.
