A calm sequence from messy exports to a shared revenue picture

Every property is different, but our engagements follow a repeatable rhythm so your team always knows what happens next.

Week 0

Enquiry and fit

You send property type, systems in use, and the revenue question that will not stay answered. We reply with whether a dashboard commission, booking pattern study, walkthrough, or seasonal review is the honest first step — and a fee range.

Week 1

Access and glossary

We collect sample exports, agree metric definitions (house use, complimentary, day-use), and schedule working sessions with the people who actually pull the night audit.

Weeks 2–4

Build or analyse

Dashboard engagements move through wireframe, build, and verification against sample nights. Pattern studies and seasonal reviews move through cleaning, charting against Hong Kong demand context, and draft briefing.

Handover

Walkthrough and ownership

Your team runs the refresh or presents the briefing with us in the room. We leave documentation, then remain available for the post-handover window included in your engagement.

What we need from you

  • A single decision-maker who can approve metric definitions
  • Historical booking and occupancy extracts for the agreed window
  • Honest notes on renovations, closures, or one-off groups that distort comparisons

What we refuse to rush

We will not publish a hospitality revenue dashboard whose totals disagree with your night audit “for the sake of a deadline.” If verification fails, we extend the build phase and tell you why before anyone presents upstairs.
