Who this is for

Boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and mid-size properties in Hong Kong whose general managers still piece together revenue from three exports and a hallway conversation. If your Monday meeting starts with “which file is correct?”, this engagement is built for you.

What you receive

Page Gardenhub designs and delivers a hospitality revenue dashboard centred on rooms performance: occupancy by day-of-week, ADR and RevPAR trends, channel contribution, and a booking pace panel that compares this year to the same stretch last year. The dashboard lives where your team already works — typically a governed workbook or a lightweight BI file you host — so refresh is a known ritual, not a mystery.

Scope and duration

Typical setup runs four to six weeks from kickoff to handover for a single property. Multi-building groups are scoped separately once we understand shared versus property-level metrics. We work from your office near Yau Ma Tei or remotely after the first working session, depending on access to systems and staff calendars.

Preparation we ask of you

A named contact who can pull PMS and channel reports, sample night audit PDFs, and clarity on which rate codes should be excluded from ADR. We do not need admin passwords to guest-facing systems; exports and view-only access are preferred.

Pricing basis

Setup fees start at HK$28,000 for a single Hong Kong property with a standard rooms-only focus. F&B attach, spa, or multi-property rollups are quoted after a short scoping call. The fee covers design, build, verification, and coaching — not a software subscription.

What is included

  • Discovery sessions with revenue, front office, and ownership stakeholders
  • Mapping of your PMS exports, channel manager reports, and manual adjustments
  • Dashboard build in the spreadsheet or BI environment your team already uses
  • Written definition of each metric so Monday numbers never drift
  • Two live walkthroughs for managers and a short operator guide
  • Thirty days of post-handover questions by email

Outside this scope

  • Ongoing paid media or OTA account management
  • Replacement of your property management system
  • Guaranteed revenue targets or yield software licences

How the work unfolds

  1. Listen and reconcile

We review three to six months of booking history, note where systems disagree, and agree which source wins for each metric.

  2. Design the weekly picture

Wireframes focus on decisions you already make — rate opens, channel throttling, and group cut-offs — not vanity charts.

  3. Build and verify

Numbers are checked against a sample of night audits before anyone presents them upstairs.

  4. Hand over and coach

Your team runs the refresh cycle with us watching, then keeps the dashboard without depending on us daily.
